PREAMBLE TO OUR STATEMENT OF BELIEFS
We believe in the authority of the Holy Scriptures and in the truth of the creation account as written in the Bible. GOD alone created the heavens and the earth perfectly, providing everything needed for life, godliness, and eternity (Genesis 1:1; 2 Peter 1:3).
We affirm that GOD created mankind in His own image, male and female, intentionally designed and perfectly formed according to His divine wisdom (Genesis 1:26–27; Psalm 139:13–16). Because GOD’s design is perfect, we reject all ideologies that attempt to redefine humanity, alter GOD‑given identity, or replace His creative authority (Romans 1:22–25).
Therefore, we do not believe in the philosophies of transhumanism or in humanity’s attempts to engineer a “new” kind of human. We reject efforts to alter the GOD‑given DNA code (Deuteronomy 4:2), to redefine male and female (Matthew 19:4), or to perform procedures that attempt to change the biological sex GOD has assigned (Isaiah 45:9).
We also reject any agenda that seeks to diminish or destroy the GOD‑given capacities of mankind — including the ability to steward creation, cultivate the land, and sustain life through agriculture as GOD commanded from the beginning (Genesis 2:15; Genesis 8:22).
We stand firmly on the truth that GOD is the Creator, GOD is the Designer, and GOD alone defines human identity, purpose, and destiny. All our beliefs flow from this foundation, rooted in the unchanging Word of GOD (Isaiah 40:8). We believe GOD hears the prayers of His people (2 Chronicles 7:14; James 5:16).
We seek revival, renewal, and the rededication of our communities and nation to GOD.
STATEMENT OF BELIEFS
Doctrinal Statement
I .The Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of GOD (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21). It is the final and sufficient guide for faith, life, and godliness (Psalm 119:105).
II. The Trinity
We believe in one GOD, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
---GOD the Father
We believe GOD the Father is sovereign over all creation, perfect in holiness, justice, mercy, and love (Psalm 103:19; 1 Chronicles 29:11–12).
---JESUS CHRIST
We believe JESUS CHRIST is the eternal Son of GOD, fully GOD and fully man (John 1:1,14).
We affirm His virgin birth (Matthew 1:23), sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), miracles (Acts 2:22), atoning death (Romans 5:8), bodily resurrection (Luke 24:6), ascension (Acts 1:9), and soon return (Revelation 22:12).
---The HOLY SPIRIT
We believe the HOLY SPIRIT convicts of sin (John 16:8), regenerates the believer (Titus 3:5), empowers the Church (Acts 1:8), and produces spiritual fruit (Galatians 5:22–23).
III. Humanity - Sin - Regeneration
We believe that man was created by GOD in His own image (Genesis 1:26; 5:2). Through Adam’s sin, humanity fell and incurred physical death, spiritual death, and ultimately eternal separation from GOD (Genesis 2:17; 3:19; Romans 5:12). As a result, all human beings are born with a sinful nature (Psalm 51:5; Jeremiah 17:9), choose sin by their own will (James 1:14),and are separated from Him (Romans 3:23). Therefore stand under GOD’s righteous condemnation (Romans 3:19; 5:19). Only through CHRIST can a person be forgiven and restored (Romans 6:23).
We believe that those who repent of their sin (Proverbs 28:13; 1 John 1:9) and place their trust in JESUS CHRIST as Savior (John 3:16; 5:24) are regenerated by the HOLY SPIRIT (John 1:13; Titus 3:5). In regeneration, the believer becomes a new creation in CHRIST (2 Corinthians 5:17), is delivered from condemnation (Romans 8:1), and receives the gift of eternal life (John 3:14–15; 5:24).
IV. Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in JESUS CHRIST alone (Ephesians 2:8–9).
It includes justification (Romans 5:1), sanctification (1 Thessalonians 4:3), adoption (Galatians 4:4–7), and eternal life (John 3:16).
Those who reject GOD’s salvation remain under judgment and face eternal separation from Him (John 5:30; 7:13; 8:12; 10:26; Romans 9:22; 2 Thessalonians 1:9; Revelation 19:3, 20; 20:10,14–15; 21:8).
V. The institutions
We believe GOD created the institutions of Marriage, the Church, and Government according to His perfect design and sovereign wisdom.
---Marriage and Family
From the beginning, GOD established marriage. We believe marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4–6).
Families are designed by GOD for discipleship and blessing (Deuteronomy 6:6–7; Psalm 127:3–5).
—The Church
He also formed the Church as the assembly of believers on earth, built upon CHRÌST and empowered by the HOLY SPIRIT (Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42–47).
We believe the Church is the Body of CHRIST (1 Corinthians 12:27), called to worship (Psalm 95:6), proclaim the Gospel (Matthew 28:19–20), walk in unity (Ephesians 4:3), and pray for leaders and nations (1 Timothy 2:1–2).
The Ordinances:
—Baptism (By Immersion)
We believe baptism is an outward expression of inward faith (Acts 2:38). Scripture teaches baptism by immersion (Romans 6:3–4), symbolizing new life in CHRIST (Colossians 2:12).
—Communion (The Lord’s Supper)
We believe Communion is a sacred ordinance remembering CHRIST’s sacrifice (Luke 22:19–20).
Believers partake with reverence and self‑examination (1 Corinthians 11:23–29).
---Government and Authority
GOD ordained governing authorities to promote justice, restrain evil, and maintain order in society (Romans 13:1–4; 1 Peter 2:13–17).
We believe GOD establishes governing authorities (Romans 13:1–4).
We are called to pray for leaders (1 Timothy 2:1–2) and stand for righteousness (Proverbs 14:34).
VI. Religious Liberty
We believe that every human being has direct access to GOD and is personally accountable to Him in all matters of faith, conscience, and worship (1 Timothy 2:5; Romans 14:7–9,12). Because each person stands before GOD individually, no earthly authority has the right to coerce, restrict, or dictate a person’s beliefs or spiritual convictions.
We believe that each local church is independent under the lordship of JESUS CHRIST and must remain free from control or interference by any ecclesiastical hierarchy or political authority (Acts 5:29). CHRIST alone is the Head of the Church, and every congregation is responsible to Him for its doctrine, governance, and mission.
Therefore, we affirm that Church and State have distinct, GOD‑ordained roles. The State is commissioned by GOD to uphold justice, maintain civil order, and protect the freedoms of its citizens (Romans 13:1–4).
The Church is commissioned to preach the Gospel, disciple believers, and worship freely without pressure, patronage, or domination from the government (Matthew 28:18–20).
Religious liberty is a GOD‑given right, not granted by human institutions. It must be protected so that all people may worship, serve, and obey GOD according to the convictions of their conscience.
VII. The Last Things
We believe in the personal, visible, and glorious return of the Lord JESUS CHRIST to earth, when He will establish His eternal Kingdom and bring all things to their appointed fulfillment (Matthew 16:27; Mark 14:62; John 14:3; Acts 1:11; Titus 2:13).
We believe in the resurrection of the body, both of the righteous and the wicked (1 Corinthians 15; John 5:28–29).
The righteous, redeemed by CHRIST, will experience everlasting joy in the presence of GOD (Philippians 3:20–21; Revelation 20:4–6).
The wicked, who reject GOD’s salvation, will face final judgment and eternal separation from Him (2 Thessalonians 1:7–10; Revelation 20:11–15).
We affirm that JESUS CHRIST will judge the living and the dead with perfect righteousness, bringing every hidden thing to light and rewarding each according to His sovereign justice (1 Corinthians 4:5; 2 Timothy 4:1).
This blessed hope inspires believers to live in holiness, faithfulness, and expectation as we await the return of our Lord and the consummation of all things under His reign
